QuantrolOx, a pioneer in the automation of quantum computers, is excited to announce the launch of its first product, Quantum Edge, which automates the tuning and optimization of superconducting quantum computers.

Qblox, a leading provider of scalable and modular qubit control stacks, announces its partnership with QuantrolOx. By combining the solutions of the two companies customers will be enabled to speed up their research.

Quantum Edge reduces the time for fundamental experiments such as resonator and qubit spectroscopy to mere seconds. Complex operations like randomized benchmarking become a breeze.

QuantrolOx and Qblox products have been tested thoroughly and shown to work together seamlessly in the Bluefors lab at QuTech, TU Delft (the Netherlands), since 2022. This joint solution is ready to support quantum computing scientists globally, with live demonstrations at SQA (Munich, Germany) in August, and the IEEE Quantum Week (Seattle, Washington) in September, followed by other locations. Online demos will be available on request.

A win for the quantum industry, saving users valuable time in tuning and optimization.

Currently, quantum scientists spend years learning how to manually tune and calibrate qubits, leaving little time to push the development of quantum technology to the next level. However, Quantum Edge provides powerful and intuitive qubit control automation that allows scientists to quickly complete tasks that currently take hours or even days.

Qblox quantum control stack, based on the Cluster, provides the first fully-integrated control solution. Due to its modular and distributed architecture, it scales effectively with the customer’s experimental needs.

The integration of QuantrolOx’s software package and the Qblox stack results in automated tuning of more powerful QPUs. The combined solution is a win for scientists, enabling them to spend less time tuning qubits and more time advancing quantum computing.

QuantrolOx and Qblox share a common goal: to accelerate quantum computing and equip quantum computing scientists with state-of-the-art technology that is aligned with their needs. Laboratories and institutions can request a demo to see how QuantrolOx software integrated with Qblox control electronics can revolutionize their work.
