The Working Group Diamond Quantum Technologies (WG DQT) was founded with the vision of leading the advancement of diamond-based quantum technologies, fostering innovation and collaboration across industries, while addressing the challenges of commercialization and establishing DQT as a pivotal enabler for various applications.

Mission

We are dedicated to accelerating the development, adoption, and integration of diamond-based quantum computing, communication, and sensoring technologies through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and knowledge-sharing.

Goals & Tasks

Increase the awareness & visibility of DQT applications through an aligned narrative to unleash the industry innovation potential through marketing, PR efforts and collaborative white papers and publications showcasing DQT benefits such as energy efficiency.
Position DQT as key enabling technology in politics to attract public funding by engaging via QBN Community, advocating DQT in government programs, bridge DQT and quantum tech as well as engaging industry leaders on DQT potential.
Address the most pressing and long-term challenges in commercializing DQT through the identifification of market needs, the development of roadmaps, bridging the academia-industry gap and fostering skilled workforce through talent co-funding.
