We are a young and dynamic deep-tech quantum company.
As a Mechanical Engineer, your core tasks will include:
- Design, in collaboration with the technical team, the systems and/or sub-systems considering the mechanical and thermal constraints;
- First point of contact of the mechanical design for customers;
- Prepare the mechanical Interface Control Documents and other documents required for hardware qualification or project purposes;
- Create and be responsible of the chains of dimensions and the drawing of the different parts;
- Develop, coordinate and monitor all aspects of manufacturing of mechanical parts, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication and relation with the machinists;
- Manage and to participate in mechanical tests;
- Carry out a technological survey on materials and innovative solutions to improve the mechanical and thermal design of our systems; and
- Explore your own personal qualities and ideas to realize your ambitions.
Job Requirements:
- PhD and/or Master’s Degree from Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or similar;
- Good knowledge of mechanical analysis (finite element analysis);
- High knowledge and skills of CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA etc.);
- Pivotal role in originating and managing proposals on the subjects of your responsibility;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills to produce documents in accordance with the company’s quality management policy; and
- Fluent in English, in writing and spoken.
